Shipping Policy
For online orders, delivery will be made to the address provided by you within 2-6 business days if the product is in stock. In some cases, delays may occur (due to stock shortages, busy periods, holidays, etc.).
Shipping is provided by the express courier services DPD or GLS.
Terms and Conditions
We do not assume responsibility for products damaged during transport, but we ensure that we take all possible measures to properly package the products ordered and delivered through courier services.
Product Returns
In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1, letter b) of Ordinance no. 130 of August 31, 2000, on the legal regime of distance contracts, approved with amendments by Law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, only written communications sent to us within 10 working days of receiving a product will be considered:
"The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product or, in the case of service provisions, from concluding the contract."
If upon receiving the cosmetic products ordered online, they do not match the order placed, please notify us by email at shop@SkinMagic.eu within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of receipt.
If you received the package/products and did not notice visible manufacturing defects but still choose to return the products, our company reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that show signs of damage and are not in perfect condition, with all the characteristics they had at delivery.
Refund or replacement of products without penalties and without invoking a reason can be carried out under the following conditions:
If the products have a seal, it must not be broken – the product must be returned sealed.
The condition of the purchased products must be the same as at the time of purchase/receipt, including intact packaging.
For all products, their use (even once) will void the possibility of return.
Products must be returned with all accompanying documents (invoice, certificates, etc.) via the same courier service used for delivery, within the previously mentioned 10-day period.
Products that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for return.
Our company guarantees that within a maximum of 30 days from the date of return, you will receive the refunded amount for the returned products, either by postal order or bank transfer, depending on the return method agreed upon with our operators.
The above provisions apply according to O.G. 130/2000 for purchases made through this site using remote communication techniques. The client is entitled to opt for the return/replacement of a product only once under the conditions of Article 4, paragraph 1, letter b) of O.G. 130/2000.
In all cases of return/replacement of products following withdrawal from the purchase, the return/replacement costs are borne by the client. Repeated withdrawal from purchases may be considered abuse.
