Purchasing Policy

Purchasing Products from Our Store

You can place your orders online or via email.

Online Orders
To find the product you wish to purchase, you can use:

• The top menu, which contains product categories,
• The right-side menu with all categories and subcategories, or
• The search bar.

Once you select the product and click “Order,” it will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all the desired products to your cart, proceed with your purchase by clicking the checkout button and completing the order form. On the checkout page, you will need to provide:

• Delivery Method
• Order Details: Full name, complete address (County/State, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom, if applicable).
• Payment Method

By using your username and password, you can log in to view your order history, check the status of current orders, update/delete your profile, or place future orders without re-entering your contact details.

You can also place an order by emailing us at shop@skinmagic.eu:

• Delivery Method
• Order Details: Full name, complete address (County/State, City, Street, Number, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom, if applicable).
• Desired Products: Product name, product code, or product link.

There is no minimum order value.
