Return Policy

In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, with the sole obligation to cover the return shipping costs, within 14 working days from receiving the product, without penalties and without providing any reason.

If the Buyer decides to withdraw from the purchase as per the above clause, they must return the product in the exact condition in which it was delivered, meaning in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation provided at the time of delivery, and in perfect working condition. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer is not entitled to request a refund. The return must be sent to the headquarters of SkinMagic EU at the Buyer's sole expense. The refund will not be processed until the product is received and SkinMagic EU confirms that it is in its original packaging, unused, with all accompanying documentation, and in perfect working condition.
 

According to the ordinance, products that are perishable or have a short shelf life are exempt from returns.
 

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
