Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. You can exercise this right by completing the form below or by writing to [email protected]. The seller is a Romanian company governed by EU consumer law, namely OUG 34/2014, which transposes EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

FREE returns

Returns are completely free for you. The shop covers the full cost of return shipping, both for incorrect or defective products and for voluntary withdrawal within 14 days.

Exception for cosmetic products

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned (art. 16 of OUG 34/2014 / art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refund

We will refund all amounts received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, using the same payment method.
