What Getting Skin Ready (GSR) means

Getting Skin Ready, shortened to GSR, is the name ZO gives to the first three steps of a routine: cleansing, exfoliation and toning. Residual sebum and dead cells limit how far active ingredients can travel; removed consistently, the serums that follow are absorbed far better. In this kit, GSR is covered by the first three products, while Daily Power Defense is the protection step that follows.

Step 1 - Gentle Cleanser 60 ml

A cleansing gel with a silky texture, suitable for all skin types and usable morning and evening. It removes sebum and make-up without the tight feeling that follows a harsh cleanser.

• Complexion Renewal Pads. One pad over face, neck and decolletage. Do not rinse
• Daily Power Defense. One to two pumps over face, neck and decolletage
• Broad spectrum sun protection, mandatory as the final step

Evening:

• Gentle Cleanser for the make-up and impurities accumulated during the day
• Exfoliating Polish only on the evenings when it was not used in the morning
• Complexion Renewal Pads (one to two applications per day), then Daily Power Defense, one to two pumps

The exfoliation rhythm is adjusted to the skin's tolerance, together with the physician.
