Mesoestetic Couperend Cream 50 ml is a moisturising treatment cream for sensitive skin prone to couperose: a vasoprotective complex of Melilot, Ruscus, Bilberry, Hesperidin and Aescin alleviates redness and strengthens fragile capillaries, while squalane, panthenol and a prebiotic peptide restore comfort and the skin barrier

Couperend Cream belongs to the Sensitive Skin Solutions line by Mesoestetic, the Spanish dermocosmetic laboratory used by aesthetic clinics worldwide. It is formulated for skin with localised redness and capillary fragility - typically on the nasal wings, nose, cheeks and chin, often visible as spider veins or telangiectasia. The cream works on four fronts: anti-redness (vasoprotective botanical complex), moisturising and relipidant (squalane, panthenol), bio-balancing (prebiotic Acetyl Heptapeptide-4 for a balanced microbiota) and antioxidant (Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2). Texture: rich but fast-absorbing cream, 50 ml airless packaging.

The anti-redness complex - Melilot, Ruscus, Bilberry, Hesperidin, Aescin

The heart of the formula is a combination of five vasoprotective actives: Melilot extract (sweet clover, rich in coumarin) with anti-inflammatory action, Ruscus Aculeatus extract (butcher's broom) which supports microcirculation, Bilberry extract rich in anthocyanins that protect capillary walls, Hesperidin - a citrus flavonoid traditionally used to support healthy blood vessels - and Aescin from horse chestnut, known for its vasoconstrictive and anti-oedema properties. According to Mesoestetic, this combination exerts a powerful anti-inflammatory and vasoprotective effect, visibly reducing redness, strengthening capillaries and improving skin uniformity and softness.

Acetyl Heptapeptide-4 - the prebiotic that rebalances the skin

Couperose-prone skin almost always has a weakened barrier function. Acetyl Heptapeptide-4 is a prebiotic peptide that promotes a balanced microbiota and the beneficial bacteria living on the skin surface, strengthening the barrier and the skin's natural defence system. A balanced microbiota means less reactivity to triggers such as temperature changes, wind, hard water or friction.

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2 - antioxidant protection

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2 protects the skin against oxidation produced by reactive species generated by daily exposure to external aggressors - UV, pollution, temperature changes. For reactive skin this matters twice: oxidative stress is one of the mechanisms that perpetuate chronic redness and capillary damage. The peptide complements the botanical complex by addressing the environmental side of the problem.

Squalane, Panthenol and Centella Asiatica - comfort and barrier repair

Squalane - a stable lipid identical to the one naturally present in sebum - replenishes the lipid barrier and gives the skin elasticity, while Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) soothes, hydrates and helps prevent peeling and irritation. Centella Asiatica, the classic soothing botanical of sensitive-skin care, supports regeneration and strengthens the skin. The result is a relipidant, comforting cream that reduces the tightness and stinging typical of reactive skin.

Key benefits

  • Visibly reduces redness and the intensity of telangiectasia (producer claim)
  • Strengthens fragile capillaries through the vasoprotective botanical complex
  • Moisturises and relipidates - squalane and panthenol restore comfort and elasticity
  • Rebalances the microbiota with the prebiotic Acetyl Heptapeptide-4
  • Antioxidant defence against daily environmental stress
  • Improves uniformity and softness of the complexion
  • Prevents peeling and irritation on reactive skin

Who is it for

  • skin with couperose - localised redness on the nasal wings, nose, cheeks and chin
  • visible spider veins or telangiectasia and fragile capillaries
  • sensitive, reactive skin that flushes with temperature changes, wind or stress
  • redness-prone skin as daily maintenance between professional treatments (laser vascular, IPL) - once healing is complete and with the specialist's agreement
  • all ages, morning and evening use

How to use

  • apply twice a day, morning and evening
  • on clean, dry skin, after your usual serum or concentrate
  • massage gently until completely absorbed - avoid rubbing, friction triggers redness
  • in the morning, finish with a mineral SPF 50 - sun exposure is a main trigger of couperose flare-ups

Build the complete anti-redness routine

For best results, integrate Couperend Cream into the Mesoestetic sensitive-skin routine available at SkinMagic: tone and refresh with Hydratonic Mist (anti-pollution, microbiota-friendly facial mist), calm reactive episodes with Melan Recovery (intensive soothing treatment against irritation and redness) and add deep hydration with Hydra Vital Factor K when the skin also feels dehydrated.

Warnings and precautions

  • for external use only; avoid direct contact with the eyes
  • Couperend is cosmetic care, not a medical treatment: rosacea is a dermatological condition - if redness is persistent, painful or worsening, consult a dermatologist
  • on highly reactive skin, do a patch test behind the ear for 24-48 hours before the first full application
  • discontinue use if persistent irritation occurs
  • keep out of reach of children; store below 25-30 C, away from direct sunlight

It is a moisturising treatment cream from the Sensitive Skin Solutions line, formulated for sensitive skin prone to couperose. It combines a vasoprotective complex of 5 botanical extracts (melilot, ruscus, bilberry, hesperidin, aescin) with two modern peptides - one prebiotic (Acetyl Heptapeptide-4) and one antioxidant (Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2) - plus squalane and panthenol for barrier repair. It alleviates redness, strengthens fragile capillaries and restores skin comfort. 50 ml, morning and evening use.
Couperose means visible dilated capillaries and localised diffuse redness (nasal wings, cheeks, chin) - an aesthetic concern that Couperend addresses cosmetically. Rosacea is a chronic dermatological condition with inflammatory flare-ups, papules or burning sensation, which requires medical diagnosis and treatment. The cream can accompany the medical care of rosacea as daily maintenance, but does not replace it - for persistent or painful redness consult a dermatologist.
The 5 extracts work synergistically on the vessels: melilot (sweet clover) has anti-inflammatory action, ruscus supports microcirculation, bilberry brings anthocyanins that protect capillary walls, hesperidin is a citrus flavonoid that strengthens vessels, and aescin from horse chestnut has vasoconstrictive and anti-oedema properties. According to Mesoestetic, the combination visibly reduces redness, decreases the intensity of telangiectasia and strengthens fragile capillaries.
Twice a day, morning and evening, on clean and dry skin, after your usual serum or concentrate. Massage gently until completely absorbed - avoid energetic rubbing, as friction triggers redness. In the morning, always finish with a mineral SPF 50 sunscreen: sun exposure is among the main triggers of couperose flare-ups.
Yes, as cosmetic maintenance care, alongside the treatment prescribed by your dermatologist - not instead of it. The formula without retinoids and without exfoliating acids is designed for reactive skin, and the prebiotic and barrier lipids support the skin between flare-ups. Tell your dermatologist which products you use and discontinue if irritation occurs. During acute flare-ups, strictly follow medical advice.
The sensation of comfort and reduced tightness appears from the first applications, thanks to squalane and panthenol. The visible improvement in redness intensity and skin uniformity builds progressively over several weeks of consistent twice-daily use - this is how couperose maintenance care works. Consistency and daily sun protection make the difference.
The ingredient profile is gentle: no retinoids, no exfoliating acids, no hydroquinone. The vasoprotective botanical extracts and peptides are used topically, in cosmetic concentrations. As a general rule for any cosmetic used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we still recommend asking your physician before use.
Yes - this is precisely its typical use in clinics: professional vascular treatments close the existing dilated capillaries, while Couperend maintains the result daily, strengthens capillaries and reduces reactivity between sessions. Resume application after the initial healing of the skin and with the agreement of the specialist who performed the procedure.
For the complete sensitive-skin routine: Hydratonic Mist as a microbiota-friendly anti-pollution toner, Melan Recovery as an intensive soothing treatment for acute episodes of irritation and redness, and Hydra Vital Factor K for extra hydration when the skin is also dehydrated. In the morning, always finish with a mineral SPF 50 sunscreen.
The formula is designed for sensitive, reactive skin: no retinoids, no exfoliating acids, with soothing actives (panthenol, Centella). Reactions are rare. On highly reactive skin we recommend a patch test on a small area (behind the ear, 24-48 hours) before the first full-face application. If persistent irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
It contains no retinoids and no exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA) - precisely because these can aggravate couperose-prone skin. The main actives are vasoprotective botanical extracts, two peptides (prebiotic and antioxidant), squalane, panthenol and Centella Asiatica. If you have known allergies to any ingredient, check the full INCI list on the packaging before use.
With twice-daily use on the face, the 50 ml packaging lasts roughly 6-8 weeks. Store it at room temperature, below 25-30 C, away from direct sunlight. Check the PAO symbol on the packaging for the period after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
