Mesoestetic Glycolic Acid 10% + Vitamin E & F Ampoules, box of 10 x 2 ml, is a weekly at-home exfoliating treatment. 10% glycolic acid accelerates cell renewal and refines texture, while vitamin E and vitamin F protect against oxidative stress and support the skin barrier. Smoother skin, refined pores, more even tone and restored luminosity. One ampoule per week, in the evening, on clean dry skin.
Developed by Mesoestetic Pharma Group, the Barcelona-based laboratory specialised in professional dermocosmetics, this ampoule treatment brings a controlled chemical exfoliation into the home routine. Each single-dose ampoule delivers 2 ml of a freshly sealed solution in which glycolic acid works on the stratum corneum while tocopheryl acetate and the essential fatty acids of vitamin F limit the dryness and tightness that usually follow an acid session. It is made for people who want visible renewal without an in-clinic peel, and for skin that looks dull, uneven or congested after summer or with age.
Glycolic acid is the alpha hydroxy acid with the smallest molecular weight, which is why it is the reference AHA in dermocosmetics. Its small molecule crosses the superficial stratum corneum easily and acts on the corneodesmosomes, the protein bridges that hold dead cells together at the surface. Loosening those bridges lets accumulated corneocytes detach progressively instead of staying packed on the surface, where they scatter light and make the complexion look grey.
At 10% concentration the acid is strong enough to produce a real renewal effect over a course, yet moderate enough for weekly home use under the protocol recommended by the laboratory. Faster turnover means a thinner, better organised stratum corneum, a smoother relief and skin that reflects light more evenly. Over repeated sessions the renewal also changes how pigment is distributed, which is why spots and post-inflammatory marks look progressively lighter.
Freshly exfoliated skin is metabolically active and briefly more exposed to oxidative stress. The formula contains tocopheryl acetate, a stable ester of vitamin E and the main lipophilic antioxidant of the skin. It integrates into the lipid phase of the formula and of the cutaneous surface, where it neutralises free radicals from pollution and UV exposure and helps protect membrane lipids from peroxidation.
Its second role is a comfort role: vitamin E softens the film left on the skin and reduces the impression of tightness a pure acid solution can produce, which is what makes a weekly protocol sustainable over months.
Vitamin F is not a single molecule but the association of linoleic acid and linolenic acid, two essential fatty acids the body cannot synthesise. In the skin, linoleic acid is a precursor of ceramide 1, a structural lipid of the intercellular cement, while linolenic acid contributes to the fluidity and soothing profile of the lipid matrix.
Their presence alongside the acid is not decorative. A barrier correctly supplied with essential lipids loses less water after exfoliation, recovers faster and reacts less - which is what allows a 10% AHA to be used on normal, combination and oily skin, and on drier skin too.
The treatment is supplied as 10 sealed glass ampoules of 2 ml. The sealed format protects an acid and antioxidant formula from air and light, so the last ampoule performs like the first, and it removes the guesswork from dosing: one ampoule is one full session.
The laboratory recommends one ampoule per week, in the evening. Evening application is not a comfort detail: an acidic formula increases photosensitivity, so the session is placed far from the next daylight exposure.
An exfoliating ampoule is a preparation step, not a complete routine. On the evening of the session the skin needs a repairing, soothing moisturiser and nothing else aggressive; the other evenings continue as usual.
Two combinations need care. Retinoids and this ampoule are not used on the same evening, and neither are other acid exfoliants, scrubs or mechanical brushes: the cumulative effect quickly becomes irritation. Daily SPF 50+ is not optional during the course, since freshly renewed skin is more vulnerable to UV and, without protection, pigmentation can rebound instead of fading.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse abundantly with water. Do not apply on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, on active dermatoses or immediately after depilation, laser or aesthetic procedures. Discontinue use in case of intense or persistent irritation and consult a specialist.
A patch test on a small area of the forearm is recommended before the first session for sensitive skin. Daily photoprotection is mandatory throughout the course and for the following weeks. The treatment is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Consult the INCI list on the packaging for allergens.

A short list, without fragrance and without colourants, built around one exfoliating active and its lipid and antioxidant support.
Mesoestetic Pharma Group is a Spanish laboratory founded in 1984 in Barcelona, dedicated to professional dermocosmetics and to medical aesthetic protocols. Its research is organised around depigmentation, skin renewal and anti-ageing.
The glycolic ampoules belong to the home-care segment of this portfolio: concentrated formulas, short ingredient lists and a clear protocol. We recommend consulting a dermatologist or an aesthetic specialist before starting any acid course, especially on reactive skin.
